Core Subprocessors

  • Vercel — application hosting, deployment, serverless/edge execution, and runtime logs; United States and configured infrastructure regions.
  • Supabase — PostgreSQL database, object storage, backups, and database operations; United States/configured project region.
  • Clerk — authentication, account identity, sessions, and organization membership; United States/global infrastructure.
  • Resend — transactional and operational email delivery and receipt when enabled; United States/global email infrastructure.
  • Nylas — hosted OAuth and Gmail mailbox synchronization/sending when enabled; United States/configured provider regions.
  • Google / Google Cloud — OAuth, Gmail/YouTube services, and hosted runtime services when enabled; global infrastructure.
  • OpenAI — Atlas AI prompt, selected workspace context, tool-result, output, and safety processing when an AI feature is used, and classification of support-request content for triage; United States/global infrastructure.
  • PostHog — first-party-directed product analytics events and feature-usage measurement; United States/configured region.
  • Sentry — application error monitoring and session replay for diagnostics, with sensitive content masking; United States/global infrastructure.
  • Linear — support-request and operational-issue tracking when a support ticket or operational alert is created; United States/global infrastructure.

Feature-Dependent Subprocessors

  • Stripe — checkout, merchant and payee onboarding, charge, application fee, transfer, payout, and payment-dispute operations when payments are enabled.
  • Modash — creator discovery, public profile, audience aggregate, performance, and enrichment processing when used.
  • Apify — managed public-profile collection actors and run metadata when configured.
  • Bright Data — proxy and web-unlocker egress for permitted public-source retrieval when configured.
  • CreatorDB / influencers.club — creator profile, audience aggregate, performance, and contact enrichment when configured.
  • ScrapeCreators — public creator-profile enrichment when configured.

Third-Party Services Selected By Customers

A connected service may act as our subprocessor for some operations and as an independent controller for information it receives directly under its own account or terms. Customers should review the connected provider's privacy terms before enabling it.

Changes And Objections

We will update this page before or when a material new subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data and provide additional notice where required. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds by emailing privacy@tlntconnect.com within 30 days of notice.
